This Privacy Notice sets forth the information gathering, use, and dissemination practices of anyQpon Inc. (“anyQpon”) in connection with its website and mobile applications, including, without limitation, www.tenko.app (collectively, “Site”), and the products and services offered by anyQpon.

How We Share Your Information

anyQpon is the sole owner of the information collected on its Site. We will not use this information in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

We will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. If you remove information that you have made public, be aware copies may remain viewable in cached or archived pages, or others may have copied or saved the information.

We may share non-personally identifiable information such as anonymous usage data, URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc., with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain services and those of our partners.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

Data about a Site visitors’ computers and Personal Information may be disclosed or distributed to another party with which anyQpon enters a corporate transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, or to a third party pursuant to a legal obligation if determined by anyQpon that such disclosure or distribution is appropriate to, or as necessary to third parties under contract with anyQpon to improve and provide services associated with its products and services.

While anyQpon may undertake efforts to see that any third party to which anyQpon shares, or otherwise discloses Personal Information is under a contractual obligation to use the Personal Information solely for the purposes for which the data was disclosed, anyQpon is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, such third party’s conduct, actions, omissions, or information handling or dissemination practices.

Correcting and Updating Personal Information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire to use the services provided by anyQpon, we will attempt to correct, update, or remove your personal data provided to us. You should contact us using the contact information listed in the section labeled “Contacting Us.”

What Is a Cookie?

Cookies (and related technologies, such as Flash cookies and Web beacons) are files or pieces of information that may be stored on your computer or to the internet enabled devices, such as a smartphone or tablet when you visit our Site. A cookie will usually contain the name of the website from which the cookie has come from, the lifetime of the cookie, and a value which is usually a randomly generated unique number.

Cookies do a lot of different jobs, such as letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences and generally improving the user experience. Why We Use Cookies

anyQpon may collect or track the following:

  • The e-mail addresses used when communicating with anyQpon via e-mail.
  • Information you knowingly provided in online forms, registration forms, surveys, e-mail, the “Contact Us” section of the Site, and other online avenues including, but not limited to, demographic, business profile, and personal profile data.

anyQpon may place Internet “cookies” on your hard drives. When you revisit the Site, anyQpon may recognize you by the Internet cookie and customize your experience accordingly. When you perform a search within the Site, anyQpon may record information identifying you or linking you to the search performed. anyQpon may also record limited information for every search request and use that information to solve technical problems with the services available directly or indirectly in connection with the Site and to calculate overall usage statistics.

Do We Use Third Party Cookies?

We use several suppliers that may also set cookies on your device on our behalf when you visit the Site to allow them to deliver the services they are providing. They provide us with web analytics and intelligence about our Site which may also be used to provide measurement services. These companies use programming code to collect information about your interaction with our Site, such as the pages you visit, the links you click on and how long you are on our Site.

How Can I Control or Delete Cookies?

Accordingly, anyQpon is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.

You may find advertising or other content on our Site that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website. In addition, these sites, or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our website, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Children’s Online Policy

Our Site is not directed to and/or intended for children under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a child under the age of thirteen (13), you are not permitted to use the website and should not send any information about yourself to us through the website. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information without proper consent, please immediately contact us at privacy@tenko.app. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information from our files as may be required under applicable law.

California Resident Privacy Supplement

You may have certain additional privacy related rights of if you are a California resident.

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Please send an email to privacy@tenko.app.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code §22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. Right to Change Privacy Notice

anyQpon may change this Privacy Notice at any time. Notice of any new or revised Privacy Notice, as well as the location of the new or revised statement, will be posted on the Site within 20 days. Any change to this Privacy Notice shall be effective as to any visitor who has visited the Site before the change was made.
